    The good thingsThe perks are good when working with a Brand, good opportunity to learn new things. A good foot in the door for training.
    The challengesManagement from all levels is the hardest and difficult challenge you have to face. Your ideas and concerns are not taken seriously and brushed aside. You want to improve the business but they know better.
