Poorly organised and arrogant officers in recruitment department. After getting through almost every stage of the recruitment process, recruitment officer broke off all contact - no reason or explanation was ever given. Applicant complied with every quest in a most reasonable manner

It’s an ok job if you have no life and just want money, no work life balance and you’re just a number to the managers, they don’t care about you or your wellbeing
The good thingsThe pay is good but keep in mind the hours are high and there’s no life
The challengesManagement, long hours, dealing with passengers. Its always your fault even if it isn’t

    I should'nt have done that.
The good thingsgetting paid and going home
The challengesmanagement from dandenong, OPPs, OCC, "customers" OLD buses, every complaint against you no matter what is valid, years of service means nothing, the roster means NO life balance. Watching my family grow up without me.

A Great Company to stay away from.
The good thingsSOME of the drivers are excellent people with a customer focus. Most of the passengers are just regular people that treat you with respect.
The challengesManagement are VERY profit focus and treat drivers as an expendable asset of the business.

if you are only after money and don't care about anything else, then this is good place as long as you treat your manager like GOD.
The good thingspay is good and I think above standard rates.
The challengesmanagement thinks they own drivers and drivers are not supposed to complain about safety or anything. just keep doing the work without saying anything.

If upper management appreciated its Drivers which are the life blood of any Bus Company then my experience would have been a whole lot better. This company has no regard for its drivers safety it only sees Dollar signs.
The good thingsLots of good people to work with.
The challengesHaving to hold your tongue when being crucified by Passengers as Management would only ever take their side.
