    The good things- VenuesWest is a very organised and successful business and it very well represents the WA state. - Working in high performance and world class facilities with diverse and multicultural teams

    The good thingsGreat people to work with, most will pitch in anywhere needed regardless of if it is their role, so that things come together for the customers. management has an open door policy and transparency on things such as budgets, what areas money is being spent etc Training and career development is encouraged

    The challengesclosed shop. all the bosses attitude was \"do what i tell you, not what i do\". don't say a negative word as you will get persecuted

    The challengesBeing government run money constraints were always challenging, management were always involved with other departments and had little time for our own department
