Personally do not recommend. Unless you are really desperate for a job.
The good thingsFlexible working hours and above average work life balance.
The challengesMinimal support from the management team. Unable to retain good staffs in the company as hard work often taking for granted and not being appreciated. Below average salary package comparing to the market value for the amount of workload you have to do. ZERO pay raise for your dedication to your work.

Its a factory job, you will work hard and long hours.
The good thingsDecent pay for hard work. And the shifts are scheduled at reasonable times.
The challengesPoor management due to head office, the local managers are great at mitigating most of this impacting regular workers

May be a good but definitely not a stable employer.
The good thingsChallenging and very fast track environment.
The challengesWin at any cost culture with no transparency. Few leaders at top treats others with no respect and no one can do anything about it.

The factory is good but most of the leaders are rude.
The good thingsNothing to enjoy when work there
The challengesChanged roster 3 to 5 times a day. Sometimes just cancel the shift. Work shift is Unfair. Most of the teams leathers are rude to the workers (Always shout to the workers). Sometimes let people work 4 or 5 hours without break.

    Good place to work
The good thingsLots to do, freedom to do your projects the way you want, friendly staff, free frozen meals for lunch (which are pretty good)
The challengesThe factory is staffed by an army of Vietnamese workers it does seem like factory workers aren't treated as well.

Basically they have new workers every month and the previous employees have all left because they can't deal with the factorys demands involving effort and production. The line running speed can be very fast for new workers, and they also will call you in
The good thingsYou can meet new people.
The challengesKeeping up with the line speed, maintaining the correct weight for every tray, and also dealing with people who can be unpleasant at times.

    Good luck. You'll need it.
The good thingsProgression available due to turnover of staff. Fast paced environment.
The challengesExtremely poor management culture. Selected managers are allowed to treat others without dignity or respect. Senior management turn a blind eye to this, or validate poor behaviours.

In all my workin days have never been brought to tears as i have in this work place.
The good thingsEnjoy working with the people.
The challengesOver coming the fact that no training is giving. If you challenge what you think should be done or need help in anyway forget about working there. Supervisions just looking after their jobs never mind the little people.
