    Over worked underpaid toxic workplace culture that has a revolving door legacy, organization needs a major overhaul especially at State level.
    The good thingsSome talented Volunteers that give 1000’s of hours to help the community
    The challengesEgo driven organization that thrives on rewarding dysfunctional employees that have no skill with basic communication especially challenging when highly skilled volunteers out shine staff on a daily basis even more evident in emergencies

    There are some great managers within the organisation, however a few who are single minded and prioritise their own agenda at the expense of others.

    Good working environment for the select few, long hours with little acknowledgement.
    The good thingsA good opportunity to learn new skills and provide assistance to the community. Seeing ordinary people doing extraordinary things in the most testing of times.
    The challengesManagement and majority of staff members, self absorbed/self serving, out of touch with volunteers risking the health and well being of members.
