    I would really like to see changes and improvements that eventually benefit Victorians as a whole.
    The good thingsYou get to do a lot of things, which can be challenging and interesting.
    The challengesA lot of things you do not add value to yourself, your team, your organization and customer (Victorians) due to inefficiencies, old school processes, micro-managers...
