Good job for the movie lover The good thingsBeing in a smaller site meant there weren’t many opportunities for growth there, but if needed, they showed opportunities in other places. Obviously, free and cheaper movie screenings and concessions were an excellent perk, but there were also times where these were used to connect with the team.
Management tried their best, and often meetings were made fun and informative.
The challengesFitness was definitely needed for the role, especially for cleaning tasks. Sometimes customers could be difficult but that comes with most customer service roles.
