    The challengesInitial training can be tricky for someone without medical admin experience. But after a few days things became much better

    Good company to start with, but sadly it deteriorated.
    The good thingsThe great doctor & staff I worked with directly. Helping the patients.
    The challengesTerrible middle & upper management. No HR department to manage personnel. Management did whatever they liked. Staff were not treated equally and at times very badly.

    The challengesNo HR and upper level management that have no idea about day to day issues. Also, too many managers have been there for decades and are out of touch. Culture of it has always been done this way so management are unwilling to consider change. Management will not spend money on paperless office. Extremely outdated paperwork required.

    Absolutely loved working for a loving and caring doctors and staff. We were own little family it was wonderful.
