The challengesMy experience with this organisation has been profoundly disappointing. While the executive leadership team publicly promote a narrative of inclusion, diversity, and fairness, the reality is far from their marketed approach.
The senior leadership team, led by the CEO and her selected tight-knit group of executives, creates a toxic atmosphere fuelled by gossip, favouritism, and a clear lack of accountability. Instead of leading by example and embodying the values they flaunt, they focus their energy on tearing people down, often engaging in behaviours that are deeply unprofessional and demoralising.
Leadership operates with dictator-like personalities, frequently belittling employees publicly and fostering a culture of fear and intimidation. Even more concerning, complaints of *bullying by senior management are covered up, leaving employees feeling powerless and unsupported. This not only undermines the organization's integrity but also erodes trust within the workforce.
For a company that claims to value its people and prioritize a positive workplace culture, it fails spectacularly in living up to those ideals.
