    The good thingsThe peaceful vibe in the whole team, helpful manager, lovely colleagues, DFO team is the best team I've ever worked with:) WB has excellent watch training, wonderful retail support, and its own transportation, close ties between departments. You can always find someone for help when you need it.

Ability to continue learning and challenging yourself on a daily basis. Not only sell jewellery but create customers dream pieces. Family run business and never treated as a number

    Staff discounts are amazing, but I'd rather pay the 3x mark up than touch this work place ever again. You go in and go out, nothing more.

    Disorganised company with no direction.
    The good thingsMaking a few good friends to rely on.
    The challengesTerrible communication between upper parties, issues in stores are not addressed in relation to urgency therefore problems escalate. Overall problematic & unhealthy company to work for. Only getting worse with all suggestions/input completely dismissed and ignored.
