    A great place to work as I had excellent Managers except for one but the teams were great to work with, so much so that it felt like one was part of one big family, whch was why I worked for them for 14.5 years before taking a voluntary redundancy package
    The good thingsWell Managed with good vision on short term and long term plans, promotes self education in line with role through various courses, internal and external, rewards hard work and conscious of work environment striving for constant improvement.
    The challengesGets tied up in internal politics at times, fails to deliver to promise at times and needs improvement in recognizing and offering advancement to the female gender.
