    The good thingsAwesome fellow workmates, i dont usually say this, but this was one of my favourite places ive worked at. Cheap ice creams.... or free.
    The challengesI just cant believe that Unilever F'ed them over by saying they would never move the company away from Toowoomba.... its not a company anymore, just a brand now

    Working at Weis has been both challenging and rewarding.
    The good thingsThe pay is good and if you are looking to make some extra money Weis pays all the penalty rates and offers heaps of overtime. If you get to work on time and have a good attitude you will be offered good working hours.
    The challengesThe work is seasonal, the work can become too much at times and only the physically fit should apply. The work environment is fast paced and requires the employee to be individually accountable for quality.

    Great workplace if you don't mind shift work.
    The good thingsGreat team environment, good pay, good people, different types of jobs available, plenty of overtime available, management are always understanding, staff discounts, lots of friendly people and almost always indoors.
    The challengesRotating shift work, cold environment, saturday work, repetitive work, roster can change daily, overtime on short notice, balancing work and life, learning new skills quickly and being able to work fast.
