Ups and downs, good and negative parts, but is the sort of place that isn't living up to its potential as a work place.The good thingsStaff were supportive and treated each other well. The community, families and students were supportive and overall appreciative.
The challengesVery poor leadership. Disorganised. Treated people poorly. Rude, disrespectful, degrading. Run as a dictatorship and if you didn't do as you were told they made life difficult for you. Never gave staff a chance to have a say or give input. Micro managed and poor communication regularly.
