    My experience was fantastic; I was amazed by how busy the club could get. The training was excellent, and there's plenty to learn. You don't have to be stuck in one position.

    The challengesThe club makes it very clear that all staff are just numbers and are replaceable. Management is difficult to work with.

    The good thingsThe opportunities to succeed are endless as long as you are willing to try and give it ago. Great work environment, with active support in promoting a work/life balance. Could not have wished for a better employer during COVID closure, active support and regular check ups on my wellbeing.
    The challengesEvery business and person has challenges and nothing is ever perfect, but at the end of the day you get out of something what you put in.

    Working in Wenty is life changing in a very positive way because of the doors of opportunities it has to offer you.
    The good thingsIt's been more than 3 months since I started working at Wenty and since then my career has been brought to another level. I appreciate their encouragement in maximizing and utilizing their employee's ability. Their employees are their top priority aside from business. Wenty has been so generous in training its staffs and providing them with all the support that they needed. Truly a very rewarding company.
