Great location, but poor management, high stress, and low pay outweigh benefits.
The good thingsThe location is excellent, and there are opportunities to work with talented colleagues.
The challengesHigh turnover, constant change, and poor management create a stressful work environment, with reduced roles, increased workloads, frequent micromanagement, new projects started before finishing existing ones, poorly managed HR, and a number of roles having reduced monetary value —making the lower wage and even the subsidised housing benefits not worth the stress.

Making a difference in a welcoming community with a great group of people.
The good thingsThe best part of the job is definitely the community the people we work with and serve every day. There’s always plenty to do, and the work feels meaningful and rewarding. Being in a small town adds to the experience; everyone is friendly and supportive. The team itself is a great group of people to work with hardworking, approachable, and genuinely good-natured.
The challengesSome of the challenges I experienced were around trust and communication within the team. At times, managers found it difficult to fully trust their staff, which sometimes made people a bit hesitant to show their full potential. You do need to prove yourself before earning that trust — which is fair — though it can feel a little stressful at times. I also noticed that addressing behavioural issues early on could be challenging, and when those situations weren’t handled promptly, it sometimes led to unnecessary tension.

The challengesUpper management is a hard to deal with but they leave you alone if you do your job.

Very disappointing with phoney corporate vision. Do not go here.
The good thingsMeeting people in remote communities
The challengesAppears to be a serious absence of ethical and professional management. Very high turnover within management. Disagree with the boss and you will be marginalised.
