    Best career decision I've made working at Westco Nissan.
    The good thingsThe opportunity to advance your career internally exists if that's what you're looking for. There are also quite a few trips away during the year for different drive days (at race tracks) or product knowledge sessions in capital cities. These are all generally paid for by the manufacturer you work for.
    The challengesI've found through my own personal experience that you will be told no 3 times to every 1 yes. The challenge is to not let a no effect your attitude when consulting with your next customer. If you can brush of the no and get back out there a fresh, you'll be just fine.
