    Hell on earth for the lowest pay, no penalties and worst working conditions I’ve ever experienced

    The challengesManagement couldn’t manage their way out of a paper bag. If you like communication and organisation then this company is NOT for you. Management at this depot could care less either, no one takes accountability of running that operation

    The good thingsgreat drivers to work with, always willing to give pointers and help each other out.
    The challengesmanagement. uncompassionate, expect the world and want you to be happy with lowest award they can legally pay you. don't maintain equipment.

    I liked working there
    The good thingsWalking floor division was great, enjoyed my time there. Lots didn’t like it due to it being waste industry. If you can get passed that. Good work

    The good thingsGreat people and a strong company that is continuing to grow. High level management are good people, but don't always see the challenges on the ground level as many middle managers are not suited to their roles.
    The challengesLimited if non-existent opportunity for career development. Many promises made, but never kept. Driver wages are also less than ideal.

    The good thingsNew Trucks & trailers,one of the best crews I've ever worked with from forkies to drivers..
    The challengesLets see.being able to stay awake until you returned to melbourne,so you drive all night work all day (unload/reloading)thats not including deliveries & pick ups which can be as far as central coast if you do sydney.& some drivers did amazing to still be back in melb on time & not 1 single driver got a bonus

    Long term pain for short term gain
    The good thingsThe other drivers and new trucks.
    The challengesOperations have no idea. Different truck everyday. Stupid work days 16+ hours a day. No one calls you back when you need information. Management have little to no idea what they are doing.

    They do not care about their staff.

    The challengesVery aggressive and confrontational upper management. If they do not want to answer your questions or fix a problem they just ignore you. Couldn't generally organise a choko vine to grow over a portaloo :)
