    I was hired as an Analyst but was assigned testing tasks, which I approached positively, though it didn’t contribute to my intended skill development goals.
    The good thingsyou get parking card as a perk.
    The challengesThe environment often felt less professional than expected, as most team members were unsupportive and my manager tended to micromanage rather than provide clear requirements, which made it difficult to perform effectively despite my efforts to clarify and deliver.

    Worst place I ever worked at - 18 people resigned during my time at Wilson - many more to go.

    The challengesA lot of unnecessary bureaucracy and frustration by unprofessional managers. An old school work culture where people feels more like working at a meat factory rather at a company.

    Horrible and stressful.

    The challengesThe worse management I’ve experienced in a long time. And worked most of my life in upper - middle management jobs. These people have no idea how to treat their staff.

    If it wasn't for the friends, the company wouldn't be worth it.
    The good thingsThe friends I made through the business
    The challengesManagement refuse to listen to the ground staff and generally have a \"just get it done attitude\" even though it has been explained why it can't be done. Management didn't even seem to care when staff were threatened and gave the \"just get a thicker skin\" speech.

    The good thingsworking within our crew situated at Adelaide Oval as Event parking coordinators, accommodating for all crowds coming for the Footy / soccer/ cricket and concerts such as ACDC and Crusty Demons just to list a few or just a feed in the fine on-site restaurant down in East carpark.
    The challengesremaining calm cool and always understanding towards clientele, staff and or corporate bodies complicating or not complying with suggested parking allocations or directions.
