    The good thingsCompany has good corporate culture and provides lots of opportunities to try new stuffs. That's why I can learn fast and have huge improvement. Except these, Colleagues are very friends and they are keen to support and help you.
    The challengesI think the biggest challenges for me are that I go to a new area and I need to start from zero. But These are also my favourite parts because I can face a bunch of new stuffs and I am really enjoy keep learning new stuffs.

    The people are amazing and there is lot to learn but the work is challenging.
    The good thingsMutli Cultural and the staff are great, life long friends made. Hard work can be rewarded for some.
    The challengesSenior management are heavily involved without being on the front line. The decisions and processes are not thought out, strong focus on bottom line and nothing else.

    Glorified SEO Call Centre
    The good thingsit was a fairly liberal environment and I found some staff to be great. Ray Millidoni was a great GM. His subordinates were less then desirable.
    The challengesBasically they are not very good at keeping staff or offering real chances at personal development as the focus is around keeping things just the way they are. Would not recommend to people who want to climb the ladder as it only has a couple of rungs.
