Less than 1 year in the role, former employee

I enjoyed the work with the clientele. Small wins. Other staff are the issue. On every level. Only a few good people. Management unsupportive and superficially address your complaints of stresses (work place conflict - primary issue) Would not recommend this correctional centre to work at.
