Profits over people all day every dayThe good thingsHonestly finding it hard to think of anything I really enjoyed here. Free snacks in the break room I guess?
The challengesBrutally understaffed literally almost every day in every department. Pay is abysmal for the work you do, management are so stressed from ridiculous and unrealistic expectations that they have zero work/life balance, was contracted for 25 hours but did upwards of 40 most weeks, there's zero staff retention, big culture in the higher ups of "the customer is always right" even if the customer is abusing you for things you can't control.
