Worst place to work, no respect, no balance, just pressure and Redflag
The good thingsThe only positive about working here is the supportive and friendly staffs unfortunately, that’s where the good ends.
The challengesThis is by far one of the worst workplaces I’ve experienced. There is absolutely no respect for personal boundaries, work doesn’t end when you leave for the day. You’re expected to take work home, work on weekends, and even when you’re sick, “leave” just means working from home, no time to recover, and no separation between personal life and work.Promises made during hiring are not kept. Commissions are not paid, wage increases don’t happen, and expectations keep rising without any recognition or reward. The pressure is constant, and instead of support, you’re often told you’re “not good enough” or that you need to do better, no matter how much effort you put in.What’s most concerning is the impact this job has on people’s personal lives. I’ve seen colleagues struggle in their relationships with spouses and children because they simply don’t have time for family anymore. This workplace drains you mentally and emotionally, leaving no room for growth, peace, or balance.Redflag!!

Discraceful - If you want to keep you sanity dont go there
The good thingsHad some great collegues I worked with
The challengesVery poor leadership from both owners, no respect for staff. You are just a number and the place has a revolving door with staff walking out not long after they started, only worried about money and how they can spend it on personal items

Horrible horrible company to work for.
The good thingsWorking with students and having the ability to teach
The challengesPoor work life balance expectations to work well and truly beyond what has been advertised. You will take work home with you every day you will probably be doing admin during family time and weekends just to attempt to catch up and even then that won't be enough. You will be expected to do mountains of admin work. you will travel many hours to and from students daily. There is no monetary compensation for additional work. If you call in sick they will expect you to do administrative activity from home. The goals and expectations are far beyond what would be considered reasonable and when you do hit those goals there's not pat on the back. In fact if anything the goal posts move and the next month your expectations are greater again. There is no monetary capabilities for career growth even though they suggested it during the initial interview. During my time at workskills I was micromanaged and belittled. They have taken my dream career and completely ruined it for me.

Avoid if you want to make extra income as a sales professional.
The good thingsMost of the office staff are great people that deserve a better place to go every day.
The challengesZero willingness to pay commissions and seems to be a forever moving goalpost for those in sales roles.
