    The management and executive leadership team lack adequate support for frontline staff who engage directly with the public and carry out daily operations.
    The good thingsClose location to living arrangements and the town of Yass. the staff in my team were a highlight except for upper management and other divisions within the council.
    The challengesCouncils low budget means staff miss out on professional development and fair conditions. Other divisions avoid responsibility with no support from management. Workloads are unfair, with no new hires in sight. Issues raised are ignored, leaving staff frustrated and undervalued.
