    Can only speak for the one project i worked on but in my time there it was the management that let them down !!

    A lot of colleges were unhappy at work but i found it was far from the worst company I'd worked for and when there was a need, support was always there from the immediate management and other workers.
    The good thingsThere were alot of good guys to work with including most of the supervisors, the equipment was fairly new and in good condition.
    The challengesOrganisation of rosters and last minute shift changes made it very hard to book flights home and the extra few hours always left you out of pocket but the immediate management at site tried to help out.
