    Disappointing
The good thingsNice (newish) cars, clean work environment with good space
The challengesA very frustrating place as it could be so much better! Pay is way too low for the work and stress that is done there, they DO NOT invest in their staff and the turnover is incredible. No individual reviews including pay reviews and if you do, there will be a fight for one. Management doesn’t work with you, and some staff members are so ignorant! The looks and cars draw you in but please don’t be tempted, you’ll be disappointed. The cost of living nowadays is so high you’re better off sacrificing the nice cars and workshop floors for a much higher salary! There is absolutely no appreciation for the work you do! Just higher up people getting the smiles and thank yous and well done. It doesn’t take much.

Amazing products outweighed by poor management and a poor work environment and atmosphere. It's not worth it.
The good thingsThe fancy cars and nice products
The challengesManagement is more concerned with micromanaging and overshadowing than allowing staff to take charge. A constant fear of losing control from management leads to poor treatment of staff and poor staff morale is rife as a result.

    Good experience bad environment
The good thingsWorking with great brands and in amazing facilities
The challengesManagement. The company has grown in size and can’t cope. Everything goes through so many different managers. Currently seem to be cutting back on everything so it’s a tense environment. Unless your one of the chosen few there’s not much change of promotion

A good place to work, but not forever.
The good thingsBeing supported to finish my apprenticeship. Above award wages. Good colleagues to work with, socially.
The challengesWorkplace culture. Getting things done, everything has to go through several managers before you get a response. Too many chiefs.

    Disappointed but not surprised.
The good thingsSome good people to work alongside day to day.
The challengesNot enough basic equipment needed compared to amount of work and people on site. Management not great - just seems to be about status and all for show. Not enough supervisors for assistance or help - literally on your own with jobs.
