About the role 

We are looking for a support worker to join our inclusive team of five to help provide mental health support in our community. This role may require availability for afternoons, evenings, and overnights, with potential for weekends in future. Reporting to Richard Hudson, this permanent full-time opportunity involves:  

  • Provide individual/s involved with direct support and compassion  
  • Work closely with local service providers to ensure a strong multi-agency response  
  • Collaborate with a team of five support workers and the ability to work autonomously  
  • Accurately complete incident reports, progress notes and shift handovers where required  
  • Being at the center of a client's journey through the service system acting as a service navigator and key conduit for information sharing.

  • Current Australian full Driver’s license.
