About Us

ONETIME is involved in Sports Timing and Technologies.  We provided a timing service to events such as Triathlons, Marathons, Ocean Swims and Cycling, and develop the technology behind the products we use to provide this service.

We recently received four finalist awards in various categories in the Moreton Bay Business and Innovation Awards 2022.

We are currently in the midst of an opportunity to make a significant impact in the sports timing industry with our innovative new products and require someone capable to coordinate our event specialist and remote timing capabilities.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Timing Coordinator that enjoys working with a close-nit team, to join our team in North Lakes, QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the event specialist and remote timing process, including client communication, event setup, event monitoring, and problem solving.

Our services are nation-wide, with a number of international sectors as well.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Identify and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
  • Working with our departments to incorporate timing with company procedures and operations.
  • Ensuring CRMs and Web platforms have accurate customer, events, and equipment information.
  • Setup event details in our timing software that ensure accuracy.
  • Be available during and after the event to provide remote support and solve any unexpected changes that occur during the day.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions based on client needs.
  • Complete ‘end of event’ reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting any issues with timing equipment or procedures
  • Communicating and coordinating with other event coordinators, such as those for scoring, announcements, and logistics.
  • This position may include travel. 
  • This position will require weekend work.

 

About You

  • High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid experience with CRM software 
  • Experience with running and cycling events is preferred.
  • Desire to be continually learning.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Customer service focussed.
  • Good phone manner.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Intermediate Technology skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet client deadlines.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
