How to become a Digital Business Analyst
A bachelor degree and relevant work experience are usually required to become a Digital Business Analyst. Completing industry and vendor certifications may complement your degree and provide better employment options.
- Complete a bachelor degree in IT, business, marketing or a related field. Aim to secure an internship while studying to gain industry experience.
- Consider completing postgraduate study, such as a Master of Business Analytics. This usually takes one to two years. You may also complete additional industry certifications to improve your career options.
- Build your experience in a Business Analyst or similar role that focuses on digital channels and data analysis.
- Consider joining the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
