How to become an Employment Consultant
Formal qualifications are not required to work as an Employment Consultant. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are advantageous.
- Gain experience in a customer-facing role. While some Employment Consultants may have a background in recruitment, this is not essential.
- Consider completing a Certificate IV in Employment Services (CHC41115). This course will prepare you to help people locate, secure and maintain employment.
