The good thingsIt’s a good job for someone with little to no experience, but keep in mind it’s a call centre job and not an actual IT help desk job.

The challengesCareer development is not an option with the current company as everything is slowly being outsourced over seas. Other than that the only bad this is dealing with some unfavourable customers.
