    Rewarding and gives me confidence knowing I am giving my patients the best care + product
    The good thingsI feel like I am given the tools I need to practice the way I have always wanted to as an Optometrist including the latest technology, a supportive dispensing team, in house cpd events and ongoing support.
    The challenges1001 always tries to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to advancements and changes in the optical industry so it is crucial for its staff to keep up. Though it can be challenging it is also very exciting to be a part of the movement.

    The good thingsI really enjoyed the patient-focused care the practice delivers. I felt supported during training, with approachable and encouraging managers who made learning easy. The workplace environment was always positive and welcoming, thanks to a team that worked well together and supported one another. I also appreciated the management’s flexibility with my university commitments, which made balancing work and study very manageable.

    The good thingsHow caring and supportive the staff is and they always put the patient first from when they walk in and out of the store. I have never felt so welcome within a company.
    The challengesAs in many other industries there are times when the workload will increase with demanding peak periods although I have felt as though the headoffice has provided fantastic support for me through these times
