    Absolutly demoralizing.
The good thingsI loved the staff and manager instore. Loved the moral instore. Loved the work itself.
The challengesUpper management have no right to call themselves managemant at all. No idea how to manage staff or customers. Niether staff nor customers are the priority. Everything thing is about profit and money. No mentoring, no encouragement and certainly no clue on professionalism. The commision they offer in their job advertisment is a joke, it is unreachable, so dont think you will ever have a paypacket top up. Neither you nor your work will ever be respected.

Lack of organisation with pressure to upsell constantly even when customers don’t have use for.
The good thingsNot much of the job was enjoyable. Customers always complaining, sales basically pushed down customers throats.
The challengesCompany structure, not forcing upsells when customers don’t need useless items.

    problematic Management
The good thingsmost of the people i worked with were fun and enjoyable to work with
The challengesthe management system is very problematic for casuals, no work/life balance- no choosing shifts and when i needed to take time off with putting in leave weeks in advance, it got removed- im a casual employee- and if i needed a day off i had to always provide a medical cert even if i said i wasn't able to come in for another reason. If my shifts were done weeks in advance and set, it kept getting changed last minute with no notice, which lead to getting into trouble for not showing on time. full time/ part time people got their shifts changed with no notice even though they have set rosters every week. the turn over rate on employees was a lot, and being through multiple different managers was horrible to deal with

Never Again ! Horrible place to work !
The good thingsGood manager until our new one started but the good managers also looked down on by upper management
The challengesManagement was horrible to deal with! No education was given to staff you have to fend for yourself and your never heard feel very belittling.

    Still love it! Would recommend.
The good thingsThe pay is unreal, great for people who are motivated by commissions and passionate about their team. They let you run your store like your own business. Customers are excited about their next trip or set up so it’s fun to help their dreams come alive!
The challengesDefinitely fast paced so be ready for the challenge.

Short term option, nothing longer, have an exit plan.
The good thingsThe customers / industry
The challengesCulture is horrific and representative of a business that does not appreciate their staff as people. Insufficient level of training, and lack of support from management is alarming. Too many cases of incorrect pay, roster issues and staff entitlement arguments, the employment contract is shameful. I ignored the other reviews here and found out for myself, they are all accurate.

Chaotic, micro manage, no bonus paid, no free speech allowed, say one thing and then expect another.
The good thingsSales coleagues and customers
The challengesLike other reviews, senior higher management are toxic. They never pay Bonusses. No pathway or training. Lie in job adverts.

Poor management, high staff turnover, a lack of clear communication
The good thingsClean/Tidy Store with some very helpful coworkers
The challengesVery high staff turnover during the short time I worked there, with five employees leaving, indicating ongoing management and workplace culture issues. When I started, I clearly stated I was available to work every day as a casual and was flexible with shifts. After a family member became unwell, I reasonably reduced my availability to four days per week, which management showed little understanding toward and ultimately let me go over. Communication from management was poor, I received little to no warning that my role was at risk, despite consistently performing well and achieving strong results on the register, where I was mainly rostered. On the day I was dismissed, I had already worked four hours without a tea break and was called in to be let go while heading to my lunch break. This occurred the day after I was asked to work a 10-hour shift. Being dismissed shortly after raising a family health issue, and just five days before Christmas, showed a lack of empathy and consideration

Don't make a career mistake - worst possible choice is to join this sub-standard business. Pathetic!
The good thingsThe sales team were great.
The challengesToxic senior managers. Unrealistic targets. No communication. Pathetic direction. Describes the business as fasted paced, it wasn't fast paced, it was unorganised and no direction or strategy from National Managers and Owner. National Managers get away with treating people poorly.

Stay well away unless you're desperate.
The good thingsSome cool customers and co-workers.
The challengesExtremely toxic upper management, useless payroll staff that can never pay on time nor the correct amount, unrealistic standards from management, persistent lying and no integrity from management and upper management. Not worth the hassle, you'll be worked to the bone and treated like dirt the entire time.

    Don't waste your time here!
    The good thingsSeriously? Nothing.
The challengesUnsafe warehouse was the reason I walked out after a month. Too much stock sent every week that we didn't need and couldn't store safely. One of the worst places I've ever worked at.Average pay, really not that good. Dodgy sales practices. Continual staff turnover, in fact they're looking for yet another store manager again!! I wonder why? It seems that the only positive reviews here come from head office staff. Don't waste your time no matter how desperate you are. This place is terrible.

Not worth the time of day applying for a job there. Apply elsewhere
The good thingsThe original team was awesome and worked well together which made it fun
The challengesUpdated from my last review still have a insane stuff turnover and the biggest thing that could do with improving it would be move back to just online and stop opening stores because head office has absolutely no clue what they’re doing and how to treat there staff and customers.

    DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
The good thingsHourly Rates, but that about it
The challengesEverything I worked there for 2 weeks, staff spoke badly behind my back, there was no prior conversation to say hey step your game up your jobs in danger… it was completely blindsided when they falsely accused me of being rude to customers (how can I be rude to customers when I was one of the top sales rep in the store on the days I worked?) they also said I wasn’t a team player which is utter rubbish. Don’t waste your time with this company just look at the other 1⭐️ seek reviews. DONT WORK FOR THEM.

Can't wait to get out into a proper job
The good thingsPretty cool funky products to sell
The challengesIntense sales pressure from management, 15K sales from each rep in a shift was the minimum even though they pay only a basic wage. No communication from management, a new "manager" would appear in the store one day without any info about was going on. This is a business focused on high pressure sales to consumers they're not interested in your needs & wants, they're only interested in upselling you to get more coin.

I wish they knew what they were doing.
The good thingsThe high pay rate is the only perk
The challengesNo upper manager consistency. You will be dealing with one person and the next week they no longer work for the company. Or one person says we are doing this, another says we are doing something else and then the next week, we are doing neither. Its an absolute clown show honestly. Team and customer loyalty do not exist in this company. You don't feel like you have job security. HR doesn't exist.
