    zero life balance and zero support from field management
    The good thingsthe immediate staff you work with
    The challengesplenty, tight labour budgets with extreme daily tasks, having to multi task all the time, no time for breaks and even finding time to use the toilet can be difficult, no support in operational management but expect a lot from you, there is ZERO life balance as a manager with being on call for a 24/7 company.
