    Lack of systems and dictatorial approach holds AARNet back with WHS.

    The challengesLegacy senior manager’s, very technically competent however old school mentality to WHS and dominate/ dictatorial culture. New CEO starts early July 25 so hopefully they can influence the safety culture and structure
