    The challenges- Lack of support and training. - Expected to work with traumatised children, with no trauma informed care. - Lack of commitment to your personal safety. - Absolute lack of clarity regarding job tasks, and daily duties.

    Dreadful and toxic working environment.
    The good thingsNot for profit salary sacrifice. Worked for them for 4 years and really cannot think of anything good to say.
    The challengesChallenging clients and no support from management. Overall the management are only interested in numbers, do not seem to care about service delivery and will not support you in difficult times. Toxic working environment.
