    A stagnant, unsocial workplace with no culture, high turnover and staff reduced to numbers.
    The good thingsFair office location.
    The challengesThe role was defined by a silent, cultureless office environment where conversation was discouraged and staff were largely reduced to meeting rigid metrics. The workplace lacked meaningful collaboration or development pathways, and extremely high turnover meant most employees stayed less than a year, creating instability and limited continuity. These conditions made it difficult to build rapport, feel supported, or establish a sense of purpose in the role.

    The good thingsI worked with a great team of people (excluding management).
    The challengesManagement were not organised, lower level staff often had to shoulder the workload where management slacked off, there was no room for career progression.

    It has been a roller coaster work life with this company, but I trust my company will always look after me.
    The good thingsGood team to work with, nice location with free parking at the most popular spot in Brisbane. Work with minimum supervision (i.e. Independent). Good reward from the employer such as a luxury stay-over Christmas Party each year for everyone.
    The challengesSome team member had to leave the job due to several reasons, so there's been too many pressure and changes for the past 4 years. Applying a one-firm-approach accross all offices in Australia and New Zealand causing frustration sometime. Some KPI seemed impossible to achieve. Workload overloded at certain months only so none of the staff can take leave during these periods.
