What’s it like working at Accountancy Insurance?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Accountancy Insurance offers some positive aspects including a convenient office location with free parking in Brisbane, a team of friendly colleagues, and attractive benefits such as luxury Christmas party stay-overs. The environment allows for independent work with minimal supervision.

However, employees note some challenges including uneven workload distribution, particularly during peak periods, and limited career progression opportunities. The office culture can be quite structured with strict metrics and limited collaboration, while high staff turnover has created additional pressures on remaining team members.

A stagnant, unsocial workplace with no culture, high turnover and staff reduced to numbers.
    The good thingsFair office location.
The challengesThe role was defined by a silent, cultureless office environment where conversation was discouraged and staff were largely reduced to meeting rigid metrics. The workplace lacked meaningful collaboration or development pathways, and extremely high turnover meant most employees stayed less than a year, creating instability and limited continuity. These conditions made it difficult to build rapport, feel supported, or establish a sense of purpose in the role.

The challengesManagement were not organised, lower level staff often had to shoulder the workload where management slacked off, there was no room for career progression.
