    Important and meaningful work being hampered by well-connected narcissists.
    The good thingsThe office and it's location was very convenient.
    The challengesSurprising amount of red tape for such a small organisation. Big personalities have an opinion on everything other teams may be working on.

    Good for short term. But not for long term.
    The good thingsProfessional Environment, WFH option.
    The challengesRed Tape, toxic and politics. If you'r smart enough for the organisation . You can survive. Too many users joining in and leaving. Not good for any organisation.

    The good thingsThe nature of the work is meaningful. Staff and management are pleasant to work with
    The challengesSome long-term staff members were territorial and tried to exercise their authority in unkind manner. No major issues though.

    Could have been better. It is a young organisation that currently experiencing a lot of teething problems and uncertainty.
    The good thingsGreat central CBD location, accessible to all trains and buses to any Sydney suburb.
    The challengesOpportunities to move up are rare and if they do they are given to those who have worked at ACECQA the longest as a first preference.

    Great experience, gave me a top down, national view of the ECEC sector in Australia.
    The good thingsGreat team, very good social committee and lots of opportunities to give back to the community through office fundraisers. Good professional development opportunities and great support for undertaking additional study in your own time.
    The challengesSmall organisation so opportunities for advancement are limited once you reach management.
