    Not the greatest, very little motivation and support.
    The good thingsLate start Mondays, decent lunch time.
    The challengesThe motivation to go to work, the lack of support from colleagues and seniors, and the job itself was so repetitive and unproductive, the end result of a venture would end up with no further progression over 95% of the time.

    I enjoyed my time and would come back if there was jumbo training experience but small shows and high speed development which limits jumbo training

    I would never go back to work for them nor would I recommend anyone to work for them. They are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to mining
    The good thingsWork mates met some great people. Was good when It was ACM
    The challengesManagement was way too top heavy was hectic at times they all had different ideas so we never stuck to any plan for more than a week . Then things got worse after West gold bought them out unbelievable the amount of pay cuts we had and the only way we found out about pay cuts was on payday which happened to on Friday so you won’t get anyone in pay office till Monday.

    Good people that reward hard work!
    The good thingsI enjoy the office culture and the time, training and support that is provided from all levels of management to enable me the confidence to get the job done and the competitions with prizes are also a bonus.
    The challengesAt first I found searching and the handling of some calls challenging but with time, training and persistence I overcame these challenges and have become confident in my role and ready to handle anything that is thrown my way.

    Great support and training with plenty of opportunities for growth.
    The good thingsPleasant staff and very approachable management team with an open door policy. They are always willing to help out and support you. Weekly/Monthly competitions are always fun. The monthly team lunches are great aswell. Training is second to none with a great working environment making it enjoyable to come to work every day

    The challengesThe management. (0blvious to what happens) terrible equipment - everything we had to use was from the last century. The thing that was terrible the most was the unrealistic goals and targets you had to get.

    The challengesManagement set unrealistic goals, high turnover of staff. Middle and Upper management were extremely poor, very old equipment and resources. No staff benefits until after a year of working there.

    Career progression and recognition is a pleasant surprise!
    The good thingsGreat career progression and support provided throughout employment. The training provided is really thorough and the implementation of monthly bonus' make it competitive and rewarding.
    The challengesAt times reaching targets is a big challenge though it can be a good way to measure your own progress.
