    Great environment but low wage, little flexibility and limited progression opportunities.

    The challengesVery limited opportunity for growth and very low wage. Less and less flexibility over time.

    No one seems to know what anyone else is doing
    The good thingsWorking away and overtime when you can get it
    The challengesDisorganised. Extremely short notice for change of work location. Have been told will be working away with less than 24hrs notice. Block opportunities for O/T one week then push unrealistic quotas the next. Get told different things by different managers.
