    The good thingsCan't say enough good things about the leadership in my team and the team culture. Great company to work for, everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Plenty of opportunities for career growth available if you work hard.

    Terrible. Hands down the worst working environment I've been exposed to and that's saying a lot after being in mining and construction for over 15 years.
    The good thingsHome every night and the pay was great but that's because of the environment you are working in . They expect you to work upwards of 70 hours per week.
    The challengesEverything but especially the lack of values and leadership from management.
