I loved my job and the people I worked with. Unfortunately they weren't willing to enable me to come back part time/job share after my maternity leave ended which was very disappointing (especially as they then let another colleague come back part time 3

The challengesNot family friendly. Not open to new ideas or ways of working. A bit behind the times.
