I believe in this work and would happily return should this org undergo massive systemic improvement
The good thingsloved the scope of the work, and working directly with Tribunal members
The challengessenior 'leadership'/management are completely incompetent and out of touch with the nitty gritty day to day work of the Tribunal. Feedback and complaints on extremely concerning issues go nowhere, they're more interested in protecting their jobs and securing promotions than championing real positive structural change. Negative consequences impact both internal stakeholders and external parties.
