Great work environment and focus on well-being of all employees. Great learning opportunities for junior roles.
The good thingsGreat work culture with a focus on well-being. The policies around working from home, having co-working spaces available and being able to work from overseas are amazing. Very multicultural teams where treating each other nicely without loosing the focus on delivering excellent work and making everyone accountable is very much in a healthy balance.
The challengesA mid-size agency can make it difficult as some processes could be more mature and efficient. Progressing much in your career may be limited due to the small size of the agency. However, Adrenalin gives all employees great opportunities to develop their personal skills and acquire certifications on the company's cost.

Great Place to Learn, Grow, and Innovate
The good thingsAdrenalin is an inspiring workplace with exciting projects and a strong emphasis on innovation and collaboration. The leadership team prioritises employee growth and creates opportunities to develop new skills. The company culture is supportive, with a real focus on teamwork and work-life balance. It's a place where creativity is encouraged, and hard work is recognised. If you're looking for a dynamic agency where you can make an impact, Adrenalin is a great choice.
The challengesFast-Paced Environment – The pace can be intense at times, which may not suit everyone. You need to be adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple projects.

The best agency I've worked for to date
The good thingsAdrenalin is the best company I have worked for, having structured career development and training opportunities in place, something I haven't experienced at other agencies. Working with a highly talented group of people provided me the opportunity to grow, and enhance my digital knowledge. The culture is very supportive and fun, making it a great place to go to work every day.
The challengesWithin the agency environment, it is face paced and this can seem overwhelming and competitive. Adrenalin is very supportive, I would encourage anyone to have open communication with their team and manager as this will allow the agency workload to be managed more effectively.

Working at Adrenalin has been a great experience so far. The things that stand out are the talented people that the company hires along with flexible working arrangements, and a supportive management team.
The good things- Flexible working arrangements - Challenging projects - Inclusive culture with people who genuinely care about their work - A management that looks out for its staff - Fun social events
The challenges- Room for improvement with fleshing out internal processes - High pressure environment and long working hours towards the business end of projects (but this is normal in the industry)

The challenges- There are areas for improvement with internal processes, however, the team are making proactive changes to review and develop

    Thoroughly enjoying life at Adrenalin.
The good thingsGreat career advancement opportunities, fun and welcoming team, great social events and perks (bday day off or voucher, beautiful hampers sent to the whole team, agency incentives), challenging projects, solid support from management.
The challengesWithout a set process for some things and with multiple agency team members involved in projects, sometimes there can be some internal confusion and miscommunication.

An active agency with a friendly experienced team.
The good thingsA friendly team with lots of experience, there is trust that you will get your job done, and guidance and support if you need it. The design team especially has a sharing culture with plenty of opportunity to give feedback on what is and isn't working. Great long term clients in a variety of industries to work on, with new projects in new industries dropping in regularly. Generous training budget per year and nice to have perks like a birthday day off and socials.
The challengesAs with most agencies, high pressure on the production team to deliver to tight deadlines. Process can vary depending on project and client which takes some getting used to. In general the agency is open to changing processes and platforms in order to make improvements but change can sometimes be slow.

A supportive workplace to evolve and grow long term.
The good thingsFriendly, welcoming and caring colleagues with a positive attitude and a team player mindset. Generous flexibility in work hours and location, fostering an autonomous level of accountability and ownership of your own role as well as excellent support for working parents within the agency. Culture of inclusivity across the varied roles, levels and backgrounds of all employees. One of the traits I love most about Adrenalin is the regular seeking of feedback across teams, accounts and projects as well as agency-wide to identify shortfalls, optimise our processes and improve the overall agency experience.
The challengesThe workload can be intense at times, but as with all agencies there is typically an ebb and flow of busy times. Although there are opportunities for career progression, it may be down to you to define what you want your next role at the agency to look like and push for defined criteria in order to meet that promotion.

The challengesThe workload can be a bit uneven at times throughout the year, but overall, I have a good balance between work and personal life.

    Goodbye Monday Blues!
The good thingsBefore joining Adrenalin, for a while, I have been missing my very first job where I didn’t feel anxious when the sun goes down on a Sunday nor did I start counting down the days until Friday on a Monday / Tuesday evening, because I was passionate about what I was doing, leadership and culture was exceptional, I was growing both as a person and a professional, and we were smashing goals. A few months after joining Adrenalin, I told my manager from the very first job that the feeling is back and I think there are several reasons for it: 1. I feel motivated on a daily basis because I am passionate about what I am doing at Adrenalin and I would give the credit to the consistency between the job description (and the interview) and my actual responsibilities. At Adrenalin, 90% of what I do is within scope and when it is not, my manager will check with me before assigning the task to me . 2. I feel being respected, looked after and supported. The culture, leadership and management here at Adrenalin is genuine, empathetic, reasonable and helpful that I feel comfortable to share my thoughts and opinions during conversations with my manager, other leaders and colleagues; they are all very supportive and helpful; apart from learning from each other, Adrenalin also actively encourages and generously supports everyone’s professional development; last but not the least, Adrenalin walks the work-life balance talk that we have a flexible working arrangement and we receive lots of nice perks throughout the year, e.g. social events, vouchers, days off, gift boxes… 3. While Adrenalin is an established agency and has high profile clients, it continues to grow and there are lots of new challenges and opportunities to be a part of.
The challengesWith the agency's continuous growth, although it brings new opportunities, it can sometimes be challenging to juggle competing priorities. Having said that, the leadership team is very reasonable and open to recommendations.

    Great people, culture, and work.
The good thingsGreat working culture that prioritises employee happiness first and foremost. Yes, there are times when things can get super busy or stressful – mostly due to client deadlines – however, unlike other agencies, these are few and far between. Also, throughout these, everyone is there to support each other. The people really are the stars. They're a great bunch of people to spend your day with, whether it's virtually or in-person. Lastly, there is also a strong motivation to keep delivering excellent work, which is great for people that value their craft and want to stay engaged throughout their career.
The challengesNot a lot to say here. I've worked here for a long time, so perhaps a change in office space? A lot of people have said good things about the working space, however, a space closer to public transport (trains) would be great.

The experience at Adrenalin offers the flexibility of remote work, exposure to a diverse range of projects with different technologies, while also presenting challenges in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
The good thingsI have had an incredibly positive experience working for Adrenalin. The flexibility to work from home has allowed me to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Moreover, the wide variety of projects and exposure to different technologies have kept me constantly engaged and challenged. Additionally, the talented and supportive people in the team have contributed to my professional and personal growth. Overall, I am grateful for the diverse opportunities available within Adrenalin.
The challengesWorking in Adrenalin presents its fair share of challenges. The fast pace at which projects are executed requires a high level of adaptability and quick decision-making. Additionally, being part of a smaller team means that each member carries a significant load of responsibilities, making effective collaboration and efficient communication crucial. The tight deadlines associated with projects can often be demanding and require diligent time management and prioritization skills. However, these challenges also provide valuable opportunities for growth and development, pushing individuals to perform at their best and achieve exceptional results in a dynamic and challenging work environment.

The best agency I've worked in
The good thingsAdrenalin is such a great place to work, not only the projects and clients are top market and quality but most of all, the culture and work-life balance are by far the best I've experienced in the agency world. The management is also very inspiring, both for the clients and the agency
The challengesAgency life means you sometimes have to juggle between lots of priorities but the way things are structured at Adrenalin makes it much smoother than any other agency I've experienced.

A fun and lively small agency with big heart and lots of creativity
The good thingsAdrenalin media is a great agency with caring employers and fellow colleagues. The level of work is exciting and of a high standard requiring pixel perfection and pushing the boundaries of creativity. With great perks, benefits and flexible hybrid working roles, it's a design agency that wants to keep its employees happy by continually evolving and adapting with times.
The challengesAs the case with many agencies, the work can be very fast paced at times.

    Great place to work!
The good things- Talented people, pumping out some great work - Supportive team environment, everyone genuinely cares about each other - Supportive management team and big on transparency - Professional development/training courses are encouraged and covered - Flexible hours and a big focus on work/life balance (for an agency, this is rare!) - Competitive salary
The challenges- Working at a smaller sized agency means that sometimes you will have to take on quite a bit (wear a lot of hats), even if it is out of your comfort zone. To be honest, this can also be a positive, because variety is a good thing and you may even find an area of interest that you want to further explore/develop

An amazing team to be part of!
The good thingsThere are very few employers that fully instil trust, loyalty, transparency, and flexibility in all aspects of what you do. I continue to love being part of Adrenalin because of the amazing people I work with each day, the management structure that focuses on outcomes and not politics, and the high quality of work we create for our amazing clients. My manager’s approach to giving me the autonomy, his support and willingness to innovate, and the agency's continual investment in my training and development creates a strong job satisfaction which I find hard to replicate elsewhere. The agency's culture and values are very aligned to creating great work for clients as well as learning along the way. This coupled with an excellent work-life balance demonstrates that the agency recognises and acknowledges the importance of staff happiness which ultimately creates great value for its clients.
The challengesThis is not a 'con' or 'challenge' per say, however the growth of the agency demands management's time in defining and implementing new processes and tools, as well as building new capabilities. Currently management staff dedicate their time in supporting high value clients and nurturing talent, whereas some time needs to also be spent towards the agency's continual growth.

By far the best agency I have worked for would definitely recommend Adrenalin
The good things- Genuinely diverse and inclusive - Really high quality of work and interesting clients - Passionate and intelligent staff, some truly amazing minds - Lots of perks including maternity leave and days off for birthdays, work anniversary presents including champagne and fitbits to name just a few - Really great emphasis on fostering a positive culture and teamwork - Lots of fun social events - Interesting and varied work - Great office location and nice spacious working conditions - Genuine focus on work/life balance and great compassion for family - Small company vibe but with really high profile clients - Competitive salary
The challenges- The trust level is high, and people are empowered to complete their work without a culture of micromanagement. Although this is a good thing, I sometimes feel like I would benefit from more guidance/direction.

Great place to work with a supportive and nurturing environment.
The good thingsSupportive and enjoyable team culture, flexibility, opportunity for development and technical up-skilling, perks and benefits, diversity in workload.
The challengesBusy workloads but this is outweighed by the nature and diversity of the work we perform.

Great Culture, Great People, Great Work.
The good thingsA friendly and well-run agency, with plenty of perks and learning opportunities for staff. Management regularly ask and act on feedback given about processes, projects, culture. A variety of creative and fun projects come through the office.
The challengesWhile feedback is asked for, the changes from that take time to be implemented and it can cause some frustration.

Variety is the spice of life and adrenalin media provides it
The good thingsEveryone respects everyone. Even your negatives are handled well by the management. You'll be given enough opportunities to prove your abilities any good work will be appreciated immediately. Plus the variety of clients large and small are a great incentive to build career.
The challengesThe timelines are always a challenge but it pushes you to perform and test your own abilities. The work life balance is not the best, but the work environment sort of offsets some of those issues. However the only challenge that's constant is the office is 1.3 kms walk from closest station.
