    Do NOT make the mistake of working at Adroit
    The good thingsMy last day will be my best day at Adroit. Nothing positive at all to offer - zero career progression
    The challengesI have never encountered such a terrible place to work - toxic and catty, . Management of branch and business who are extremely unprofessional, Systems are terrible, many great staff have left as a result - unorganized and completely directionless. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone!

    "Some" caring genuine staff, overall would not recommend.
    The good thingsSome very skilled, knowledgeable and supportive colleagues, in particular senior brokers. Great, genuine community involvement through the Geelong Community Foundation.
    The challengesDifferent rules, acceptable behaviour and treatment depending on the position in the company or whom management is "friends" with. Lack of consistency, respect and confidentiality from management and HR. Some great people however the people whom make the decisions will use and a buse for the better of the businesses' bottom line. High staff turnover rates shows the poor work culture.

    The good thingsAdroit had a supportive training program and great team members mentoring me through my journey. The culture was welcoming, supportive, fun and my role was very fulfilling.
    The challengesMy role could become stressful with the work load but I was supported during these times.

Over the seven years, I have been with the company I have been able to grow through extensive learning and development opportunities provided by Adroit and progress my career in my chosen direction. Adroit's strong vision for the future has kept me engaged with the work we do and remains one of the key reasons I love going to work.
    The challengesBeing new to the insurance industry was a steep learning curve for me. It is a complex space and took time to build my knowledge. However, I felt supported by the team at Adroit and found everyone approachable.
