Employees consistently highlight that working with participants and clients is the most rewarding aspect of their role at APM Group, finding it fulfilling to support people into employment and make a positive difference in their lives. Many appreciate their colleagues and team members, noting lasting friendships and supportive working relationships. Some employees value the flexibility in work arrangements, including work from home options and adjustable schedules. The workload can be substantial, particularly when balancing KPI expectations, tight deadlines, and administrative responsibilities, which may occasionally require work outside regular hours. Some employees mention that training and onboarding timelines could be extended to allow for more comprehensive preparation. Several note that salary levels may not be as competitive as other employers in the sector. Workplace culture experiences vary significantly across different teams and locations, with some employees reporting high staff turnover. A supportive company with a strong passion for helping others.
The good thingsAPM is incredible for support and growth opportunities. They go above and beyond to do things for employees and there is always so much passion and drive behind the work that they do.
The challengesThe challenges would be based from performance, we are a competitive organisation that needs to achieve goals to continue getting our contracts so sometimes the KPI can be a challenge however there is a lot of support around that.
