    Good first dive into customer service
    The good thingsOpportunity for growth within the company, training was top notch, team building, rarely a slow boring day.

    wouldn't reccommend them but i did meet some great people
    The good thingsworking with some great people, taking on new contracts gives your the benefit to learn new programs
    The challengesthere is no one to talk to about referring people, some times what you learn in training has nothing to do with what you need on the floor, they spelt my name incorrectly on my customer contact certificate - should have been an easy fix and sent back - 4 years on - nothing

    Aegis education has taught me to be an outstanding assisstant for the business I work for using moral and ethical reasoning to build integrity as a support for the company that employs me.
    The good thingsAegis is a great company because: 1. Aegis Aspire provided for all my needs with education and training information 2. Helped me with Work Experience in a short charity campaign. 3. Gave me a great job that educated me in Home Contents and Motors insurance policies laws and assisting clients. 4. Aegis Team Building included all company members, even Mr Prescott CEO made it a point to directly involve himself by introducing himself and explained invaluable information about being part of the company, the company vision, mission and working principles *A breath of fresh air\". Thankfully Alain Etienne
    The challengesComplaints are always a challenge, however my advanced skills with Training & Assessment include: Fostering individual and group based learning to inform anyone in a respectful, polite and helpful manner; applying problem solving techniques such as offering a good suggestion and creating a safe & pleasant environment with psychological needs attended to eg: Apply empathy and solving clients problems with policies that support the clients' needs.
