    You could easily identify the Supervisors that had appropriate training and experience and those that didnt when they would speak.

    The good thingsWas good when I started there seems to be consensus, but everything fell apart. Direction constantly changed due to directors’ micromanagement.
    The challengesThey don’t really care of the employees, unless you’re good at flattering. Don’t expect any feedback and be prepared to feel useless.

    Baseline agreement! super on only 40 hours a week and most of their work is FIFO so on the weekend you get 0 super when your away from you family and friends.

    The challengesCompany is awkward will not spend on tooling or safety. Finger pointing culture owners are not interested in the workers. Do the job or find another one mentality
