I’m really enjoying working at the centre I’m at, it’s been a truly wonderful supportive experienceThe good thingsI have worked for a large non for profit company before, and I left because of the toxic environment and poor , poor management.
Since making the change and working for Affinity, I finally feel respected, my hard work is appreciated and valued, and the team and my Centre Director are incredibly professional, supportive, genuinely care about the children, Educators and families, and are friendly. They ensure safety is the number one priority. And follow all policies and procedures thoroughly.
The challengesWe could do with some centre upgrades and some new resources, slightly higher pay, but thats it.
