Friendly and good company to work underThe good thingsThe fact that they have traineeships and they are accepting of more mature people applying is great! The people I work with here have been amazing, very supportive and great mentors in the industry. Buiding relationships with the local communities and families has been an absolute treat!
The challengesFrom reporting areas of improvement, to getting responses or follow up's from management or higher ups, to the works being processed through fascilities to being fulfilled is a bit long! and some choices made on basic repairs are a bit questionable from fascilities, if you ask me.
